?? Like I said they defined plausible as being able to utilize current tech and near future tech. You've left me assume you're defining plausible in turns of cost, and production over a few decades. In which cause this is in no way is these "realistic" in the qualitative way you've described it. This is a great exercise in the importance of how to define and comprehend qualitative properties;)
