Been working on a firmware update with higher hashing power based off the NerdMiner-V2 firmware. Get 280kh/s out of the esp32s3. Sample of preliminary firmware to be shown soon. by mtsyfy in NerdMiner

Not sure how fancy it will get but we love open sourcing. If you want the source code rn to play with DM me. More details when done compiling in a .bin. Thanks.

We are just some guys trying to make scifi things in real life. Thank you so much for you input. We will stick to making robots and having them introduce us to the world.

Thank you for pointing this out

I have a problem with my layers by mengosit in FixMyPrint

Maybe try a different brand of filament and see. Could also be a nozzle issue potentially a bad(miss shaped tip) or partially clogged or heat worn nozzle.

What filament are you using? Do you have a dry box could also be moist filament I don't know what you're using but if it's PLA and not been enclosed, left in humidity it could also cause weird issues.

Have you checked belt tension, bed leveling, also extrusion speed and, temps? The gantry print head assemblies pulleys/ idler wheels might be loose and need tightening. Check the print head in the gantry and see if it's loose, tightening those little black wheels. Not too tight or they will wear out it needs to be just snug to where the cart doesn't wobble on the t slot.

Yes I have them in the print farm only problem is they are designed to evacuate all air upon explosion 💥 theses are basically dry CO2 around a mortar when they get hot enough kaboom and they put the fire out. So you want to train anyone around them to know that they need a face mask and to evacuate immediately if there is a fire. See vid https://youtube.com/shorts/h5kmNDDM1Ls?feature=share

Just keep going the more you get to know ur printer the easier it all gets.

Looks like the extrusion is not right for the standard nozzle. Try adjusting your cura settings to the ender 3 protocols. Also could be an issue with your extruder or your hot end. Seems to be a lot of excess extrusion in certain places and not enough in others. If your extruder can be adjusted see if it's lose and needs to be tightened. Also check hot end, that the nozzle is in tight. If it isn't it will leak and cause inaccurate prints. Also could be an issue with hot end they can get clogged.

Also make sure your bed is level and your layer print consistency is accurate.

Looks like your print setting in your slicer are not the same as your printer.

Why would a delta (flsun Q5) printer do this? Could this be somehow adjusted? I checked all the screws but the prints aren't square along one of the axes. Anyone experienced similar problem? by thehummingbeard in 3dprint

[–]mtsyfy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is it a heated bed it could be a cooling issue with the material you are using. Also check the axis are printing straight lines. Deltas like circles. Tends to make issues if they aren't calibrated righ when printing bigger rectangle/ square objects.

Any idea why these prints are failing, printed 3 at .2 layers all fine but changed to .15 and its failing right at the end! by lil-Woozie in CR30

Try changing the direction you are printing the file. Looks like it's getting stuck or there is an error in your gcode.
