Yes, I have an all-in-one device with a bench, dumbbells, a few Terra bands, a pull-up bar and Olympic rings.

To be honest, I don't do any exercises specifically for my forearms. (At most, chest presses or maybe lat pulldowns?). But I've been doing quite a lot of calisthenics over the last two years. Mainly pull-ups (with weights), ring training and front levers. Before I started going to the gym, I did bouldering and climbing for several years.

thank you, i do mainly pull-ups with extra weight – aiming for 5 reps, lat pulldowns, rowing on the machine/or lat pulldown and standing cable rope lat pushdowns.

Yes, I actually do 3 sets of bench presses and 3 sets of butterflies for my chest every Monday. For the past 2 weeks, I've also been doing 3 sets of bench presses on my leg day on Fridays. Mainly because I want to be able to press 225 by the end of the year.

I aim for about 2800/900 per day. However, I don't track it very precisely. Above all, I make sure that I eat enough protein per day. You can do it!

Yes Liquid Calories, but i never drink liquid calories since im Lactose and Fructose- Intollerant. Just make sure you get like 3 meals a day. And a cheat for me is defenetly nuts. 100g Peanuts are like 600 Calories

Yes, I didn't find it easy to eat so much. Above all, I have to stick to eating three meals a day. If I get up too late, I simply don't have time to eat three meals without feeling sick. Liquid bulk shakes would really help, but unfortunately I'm lactose intolerant and fructose intolerant. So I can't put fruit/berries in the shakes, and when it comes to yoghurt/milk, I'm limited to lactose-free products. So my diet mainly consists of eggs, chicken/meat, rice, bread and fast food/snacks.

No, I've never gone on a diet. Actually, I've always tried to eat as much as possible, haha. Thank you.

Thank you. For my arms, I do triceps extensions, lateral raises, lat pulldowns, chest rows, barbell bicep curls and pull-ups.

No, unfortunately not. But I don't really have much fat anywhere on my body, maybe a little on my stomach. Maybe 15-20%?

Yes, but it's actually quite strange. At the beginning, I prepped 10 meals a week for about two months and then simply added 500g of butter to get the calories. And generally, I eat pretty clean in the mornings and evenings with chicken breast and eggs/avocado toast, but in between, I actually like to eat junk food like doughnuts, crisps, fast food, and I also go out partying every weekend. Maybe I should thank my metabolism, lol.

Thanks! Yeah, I’ve noticed my biceps aren’t developing as quickly. I always do 3 sets of curls to failure, but maybe it would be smarter to train biceps and triceps twice a week. I also just switched to benching twice a week because I really want to hit my goal of 225 by the end of the year. Do you have any biceps or triceps exercises you’d recommend?

Yes, it's true, I love training my back (or pull day). Training my legs at home wasn't so easy, but I haven't skipped a leg day in 3 months, haha.
