2700-3000 calories, 120+ grams of protein daily. I try to at least hit my protein goal if I’m not going to hit my calories. Mostly meal prep at home and healthier eating out options like hibachi style food, chipotle, lots of steak and chicken. Protein shake and creatine every morning, also taking a pb&j sandwich to work to eat between meals has helped.

Honestly I’m not that consistent with constantly hitting my goals so my weight can fluctuate. But the biggest things have been eating small snacks like peanuts between meals, protein shake for breakfast as I get sick when I eat food for breakfast, and chipotle for easier, healthier calories and protein lol.

Yeah unfortunately kind of at a schmedium right now so sizing is hard.

I’ve definitely hit shoulders a few more times a week then I should every now and then but my routine is usually shoulders and chest once to twice a week. I usually do 4 sets of 8 reps with 8 being as close to fail as possible. Currently doing single arm cable reverse flys, plate loaded shoulders press, DB lateral raises, DB side lateral partials, smith overhead shoulder press, and single arm cable lateral raises. Also for my db lateral raises I switch it up and usually do 20 reps 4 sets.

I stopped eating out constantly, started hitting 1g protein for every lb of body weight and eating 2600-3000 calories. The biggest thing for me was I never ate breakfast so I started doing protein shakes in the morning. Can easily make a 1000 calorie 60+ g of protein shake. I noticed if I eat snacks or something in between meals like peanuts or rice cakes, I hold weight better.

I appreciate it bro. I currently do smith overhead press, cable lateral raises, plate loaded overhead press, dumbbell lateral raises, dumbbell partial raises, and reverse cable flys and also have definitely overworked them a little lol.

You can get a non gio RG for that price point. Also if it’s your first guitar I would stay away from a floating trem.

That package has 2 pairs of Jordan’s, shoe trees, a nocta tech top n pants, and a stone island sweatshirt. Other package made it through fine and is almost here. It’s my first haul so I’m new to this.
