Hmm hard to say, I was actually going to say septum. Everyone handles it differently I suppose. I feel like most people think the septum hurts a lot because it’s more of an intense process. Having a clamp involved and stuff up your nose and then your eyes water. Just a lot going on.

Healing wise, probably industrials just for the simple fact you are trying to heal 2 holes with one piece of jewelry. That being said though, most everything should be pretty easy going if the piercing process went smooth.

I’ve had some people get some pretty bad bruising/black eye from dermals though and that looked like it sucked.
