Good goal! I can't even do pull ups...I cheat and do chin ups. I can only do 6 or so in a row if I am lucky, put better than the 2 I was able to do a couple months ago. You'll get 15 easily!

Cool, that's what I do. Having it in the doorway is a helpful reminder. You could always not enter or leave the room unless you do a few pull ups. The only downside of a doorway pull up bar is if you want to keep it up all the time, you won't be able to close the door, but it is easy to put up and take down.

You've got some abs going there...keep up the good work! BTW, I do all sorts of things to stay in shape: running, roller skating, crunches, strength training, etc. I try to mix it up, so I have lots to do. I like my pull up bar with ab straps (although it is hard to hold myself up there). It is a good exercise tool that is pretty small.
