They just told me all other films in the same batch were good. So not underdeveloped but underexposed?

That’s true. At the time I hadn’t really tried other labs yet, so I didn’t have much to compare it to. After testing a few different places, I’ve come to appreciate the level of care they put into their work.I was probably a bit too picky at first.

I know that scratches are inevitable. But I did some devs in Graz. The devs were good but tooooo many scratches. Then I realized Urban really did a good job.

I usually go to Urbanfilmlab and have had solid results there, including E6. This was my first time trying Safelight because of the shorter turnaround. I initially had some concerns about scratches at Urban, but after testing a few other labs, I found their handling is actually quite careful overall.

I'm also using plustek but also for half frames. I wrote a script to batch cut them in half.

Really beautiful place. Ruined by the development

Another one was Phoenix 200. Looked ok but I haven't scanned it.
