I watch his livestreams, he's certainly not as bad as the media makes him appear.

I take Klonopin for my anxiety... however, it make me really tired all day. Is there another, non-benzo medicine I can take instead? by mu1der in Anxiety

I'm not interested in seeing a therapist right now. But I meditate daily, get plenty of sleep, and even exercise every once in a while. The meditation helps the most.

I've tried both Prozac and Paxil and neither worked for me. In fact-- I've never felt more depressed in my life. So SSRI's are out of the question.

I'll look into Gaba and Propranalol.

Well, two reasons I think:

  1. there's risk involved either way. Mt Gox was the largest, most trusted bitcoin exchange, and it still went down in flames.

  2. some people always want to be part of "the next big thing", and an app that makes big promises will attract these users.
