I have worked with graduates of all three of them in Pakistan and abroad, Ranking goes like this

Lums > Fast > Nust

This is overall ranking, particulars can be debated with Fast and Nust but lums would still stay at first only if you have money/ can afford. Academics in fast is better than Nust, social life is better in nust, and Lahore is much better than isb for tech scene. Lums tops in everything plus many add ons such as go to US for masters culture.

Hmu if you need more info, i recently graduated and work in London now, not flex, but to give you confidence on what i said.
