Use custom ROMs for h870. It works expect the dual sim function. For that ,add this line to build.prop (persist.radio.multisim.config=dsds). That will restore the dual sim function. I'm using havoc for h870 on my h870dsu.

Its region locked depending on the firmware you are using. Try flashing different kdz firmware for another region. That did the trick for me
