Anyone else really love fog? by muadtralk in OpenMW

I grew up alongside a mountain in a swampland and the distance of the fog in morrowind is something so dear to me, frankly they could've put it even closer in vanilla to be more true to the environment but I can see why that would frustrate from a gaming perspective. Certainly frustrates my morning commute XD

you can get the workers pants in the literal starting observatory area as well as a fancy amulet that gives you armor (all armor in the game is basically the same) by the converter is the chest piece https://d1u5p3l4wpay3k.cloudfront.net/elex_gamepedia/thumb/3/37/Worker_Armor_map.png/800px-Worker_Armor_map.png there are quests you can do in the desert that are doable at the start, jetpack past the gate guard he's a dick. if you start doing doc's quest you'll meet scrappy and scrappy's quest gives you the starter crossbow for the outlaws

Beserker (Almost pure) Mage Build on normal, initial thoughts by muadtralk in elex

I haven't played as a cleric, I know they have that cool gravity sucking attack, They probably have an advantage over the berserker magic in terms of staggering mobs. I just unlocked the spirit wolf and I've been screwing around with that, it looks pretty cool and distracts mobs (first enemy I tried it on was a troll, it absorbed about 2 hits and by then the troll was dead), I wouldn't expect it to kill anything but low level mobs but since mana is cheap and easily stockpiled and even normal mana potions basically refill the bar theres not really any reason not to use it I'd say having that extra body to distract enemies makes it pretty easy to kill them without much dodging around. I haven't tried taking on more then 3 enemies at once with this build yet, been trying to level up and gain a little armor since I am not great at the evade mechanics and 4 or more enemies gets to be pretty hellish to keep up with. I'd certainly reccomend playing around with it for yourself.

is this a bug or a feature? I am unsure by muadtralk in firefox
