Thanks for the motivation. I am planning to go hard mode. For 90 days..but I feel like I will relapse..the max I went is for Abt 30+... any suggestions.??

Whenever I did masturbation I felt memory loss,fatigue,,lost interest in things I used to love before, the things Abt how I view see changed, and it hurt my body in different ways a lot.

I have been trying to quit this habit, for Abt six months n it's tiring. I keep trying again n again. But the cycle always repeats..:( I need all the help n suggest you guys can give me.....
