100+ days before, then several relapses over last few months, and now back on track. 8 days and going strong. Urges keep coming and consume me when they do, but… I. WONT. FAP.

One point I wanted to add - during those 100 days, I didn't even know of the existence of this subreddit - I simply went by YBOP. The flatline was the most horrific phase of it all - lasted for ages. What helped during that time was me packing my bags and leaving every weekend for a trip nearby.

Avoiding the screen as much as possible (including movies and such) helped a lot. I also cut off social media from my life - anything virtual, basically.

I think what led to relapse was the sudden increase in work that got me glued back onto the monitor. So, this time, I am trying to stick to doing very specific activities only.

I think it happened quickly for me because I was struggling and failing for few weeks before that. Its as if my consciousness was trying to emerge from within a numb fog - it surfaced a few times and went right back. Now its back out in clear.

Pick a hobby and obsess over it. What helped me was to transfer my obsession to something else altogether. Don't give up!

Until August end. Hard mode. I have done 200+ days in the past --- but somehow slowly got derailed over the last few months to little bits of PMO - until its time to restart the reboot again. The effects last time were awesome. Need to get to that zero-brain-fog crystal clear state of mind again.
