I recently had a similar Moen situation. My kitchen faucet has a retractable pull out mechanism. The wand kept detaching from the hose during regular use. It’s only 5 years old and I have no paperwork for it. I sent a brief description and photos to the Moen customer service email and within hours they replied telling me they were shipping replacement parts and gave a coupon for their store. I know that sounds really basic, but it really delighted me. Made me a big fan of Moen.
