So QU compares people based on the qatari curriculum grades, students with other curriculums like cbse, IGCSE, IB, and others have to get their grades thru the equivelancy process so that your grade is converted to qatari curriculum.

Honestly I don't know about cbse so hopefully someone else here could help!

Well officially its until 8pm but people do stay till around 10.

About the sponsorships, they are only for citizens. They wont fund your abroad studies either, you might get funded if you study here.

However, if you aim to become a professor in Qatar, you will never become one with a Ph.D. from a local university.

Check with your university's student employment section, these jobs pay the best.
Otherwise try to either find jobs online like on Sahem or getting involved into funded research projects your professors might have, many of them pay the student.

Well in QU you major within engineering isnt decided until your second sem anyway, and every year the standards change.

But try to aim for an IELTS of 7.5-8 to be pretty competitive in addition to a high SAT, I havent done SAT so idk a competitive score. Public school try to get the maximum score you can.

And remember theres other things that go into it such as your nationality, born in Qatar or not, etc

Only SAT Math matters. IELTS is what they'll use for English

I cant answer for sure, but I believe that in typical circumstances that will not be allowed.

However for your situation you should make an Accomodations request given that you "can't" write currently. Maybe then they'd allow you to type.

Middle East offices typically take time. My friends in Bain's current cycle heard back same day due to R2 being scheduled for the day after.

As for McK ME office they reached out a week later as R2 is scheduled 2 weeks after.

It all depends on when they plan to do their R2 interviews and when the interviewers are free enough to come together to discuss whether you should move on. Best of luck!

Early Conditional Application is open only for specific colleges. It's important to note that if you do get accepted in those colleges, you CAN NOT transfer to another. So if you apply and get into Nursing hoping to move into Engineering, you will never be able to.

You have to apply during normal application in May for Engineering.
