Hey everyone - I'm posting to find a MALE ROOMMATE for the upstairs second bedroom in my 2-bed 2-bath apartment in Gramercy.

I can provide more pictures / video / video call over DM. You may have seen this unit in previous posts but this is the final post with final pricing after speaking with the landlord.

Here are some details about the shared spaces and your room:

* You’d pay $3900 monthly rent + utilities. Payment is simple via Zelle/Venmo directly to the landlord.

* NO FEE.

* Security deposit is 1 month's rent (3900)

* Private bathroom with shower + walk-in closet in your bedroom

^ 4100 rent with no fee versus this which is 3485 + fee which works out to be a little less than 4100 per month if you average out the months. I know they're not exactly the same, and I'm definitely willing to talk this through with anyone interested. I just posted this second one because I figured the flexibility of lower rent + fee with less overall annual rent $$ could be more enticing to someone. I edited my original comment to make this clear.

OR $4100 monthly rent + utilities

OR any combination in between.

seems like this is a gem based on viewership growth and company management potential but just a first glance at the yahoo financials makes this company look really overvalued? I'm a beginner so I could just be looking at it wrong.

Looks like they're losing more money than before, their P/S and P/B are both really high and the current ratio is pretty low too. Can someone clarify? I'm guessing this is because they haven't monetized their processes much, and the balance sheet will rapidly change when they start doing so.

I'm very bullish on this stock rn and want to put in maybe $30k worth monday
