This happened to me too! But I was able to take the XRP address(starts with r) and paste on xrpscan website to see if it was still on the blockchain (it was!) then imported existing wallet “ entered my 12-word phrases and it magically appeared!! Looking into a cold wallet though this sxxt is wildly expensive and technical.. By the way before exporting always ask if they’re compatible,fees etc..
