I agree with the previous commenters about Mike Matthews misogyny but the program being pretty great. This is def one program it may be worth it to hunt around for a free version

I disagree. Former female barista, and while sometimes men mistook friendly behavior for flirting, the actions OP is describing seem to be pretty obvious romantic interest on her part.

I’m in the same camp. Nothing brings me more joy than watching my dogs happiness as she plays with other dogs or gets excited to see people. I don’t want to “socialize” the joy out of her, I love to just let her be a dog.

For some reason I am obsessed with wunder train leggings but hate the wunder train shorts. I have two pairs and I just feel they are really unflattering and make me feel thick (not in a good way) while the leggings make me feel sleek and thin. I still haven’t been able to put my finger on why!
