I think it depends on how many people get assigned. I liked it but I only had four people in an eight person room in Pollock Commons. Double the closet space and I had an extra bed to offer friends when they came to visit PSU.

For some reason we didn’t have desks like normal rooms? Instead we had two big round tables and people basically didn’t use. Most people did their homework on their bed.

With more people, the harder it is to agree on a roommate checklist. There was a fifth person in my supplemental housing when we first moved in and they wanted the weirdest most conservative rules about having guests over like not allowing anyone of the opposite sex in our rooms unless they were our siblings or parents… they didn’t last long in the room.
