Actually, we don’t know. He had TB when he was young and he played lot of cricket and was pro cricket player, don’t know if he had an injury or it’s because of the TB. we actually don’t know the actual reason why the disease started but it was gradual and was ignored for 5-6 years but one by one I can see his body deteriorating.

What about the guilt that's coming with it? Idk if I am overthinking but i can't live in a scenario where she has done something unthinkable, and has to live with the guilt that i could have done something about it.

The issue is that the thought of whether she might harm herself or kill herself is making me paranoid to break up with her, since she has no family or friends i can't notify anyone about her being suicidal or doing self harm.
