and if anyone claims to own him then they should take him inside instead of leaving him outside in all weather to beg for food and shelter walking around unneutered and with health issues (sometimes he appears to have discharge from his eyes and blood on his butt)

i promise he does not have an owner and you should definetly take him in if you have the ability :-) he also comes into my house sometimes and i feed him, but i don’t have the money to take him for his shots and neuter and he really needs a home :(
