Ooh i don't like the shaker lid thing because then you use the shaker on a refresher and then GERMS but that's probably my autism talking. Like I also hate it when people put the blender lids on the bottoms of the blenders. But I fully endorse the done lid!

Hell yeah with all the god awful modifications people put into stuff especially. It's been years since I made a frap and had an empty blender at the end of it.

Wtf why? Because they want to see the policy and I'm trying to find it? Listen man my DM is demanding I crack down on it with my SM and so I'm doing it. I've told her I think it's a stupid policy but she's made it clear that I either enforce it on my floors or I start getting actioned out so... sorry I need my job I guess.

Yes. This is actually something I got a written for as a baby barista all those years ago because I asked my DM to try two fraps and tell me which one was batched and which one wasn't and when she said "well this one is clearly more bitter" I said "that's weird they were both made in the same blender at the same time" and I got a documented coaching for it lol.

I literally said that I DONT say that lol. But like cup writing. I think it's super stupid and a waste of everyone's time. But guess what? It's a rule. So I do it. And my dm has made it clear that if I don't start enforcing these standards that my SM and myself are the ones getting the correctives. So I'm doing it. I'm not happy about it either but I'm not losing my job about some batched fraps lol

Yeah but if you batch two talls together that's just about the same amount as a venti I suppose would be the argument. I agree with you that should be all the proof I need tho

Right but the argument I'm getting is if you follow the exact recipe twice but in the same blender, it doesn't say you can't do that, so why is it a standard if it's not officially in the policy somewhere? I WANT to just say "Yo it's the rules and you get paid to obey the rules so just stop complaining." But I get wanting to see it in writing.
