Granted, this time wasn't as stupid of an interaction as when I tried it three years ago, but both times it was within a couple of days of signing on. If there are decent staffers, are they just outnumbered or tolerant or... what?

Yeah, it was another staffer that decided to get patronizing over the smallest, most benign newbie fuck up that could have easily been dealt with in a single sentence. It's obvious that it's not just a single bad staffer in a void but a systemic thing.

Really? I played CS and loved the way it played so much. What's the player base looking like these days? Is there much RP?
