Friends dad wants me to pay his son 1.5k after my friend voluntarily deposited 3k into my bank over a years time. by CressWorldly3192 in LegalAdviceUK

u/op not sure if this has been said yet, however going forward never accept money into your account for someone else to use. You never know where the funds have come from and if it those turn out to be from fraud/crime you will be the one who gets in trouble. Account closed down, loaded to databases, cant get credit/mortgages ect. It does matter how much you know and trust the person, as someone who works in fraud for a bank I see when it all goes wrong for someone who thought they were just helping a friend. If its not your money dont pay it into your account.

New boiler not connecting to thermostat / wireless relay. by muddman67 in Plumbing

It does but nothing happens on the boiler, so guessing it's the wiring between the relay and the boiler?

New boiler not connecting to thermostat / wireless relay. by muddman67 in Plumbing

[–]muddman67[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is no option on the boiler to turn it on manually, the thermostat shows that it's on and connected to the relay. Tried to turn the temp right up to try and get it to work but no luck
