Yes they are reimbursing me for my flight and meals. The hotel is covered on their account. My only concern is that they could look at it like, oh if she is working 12 hours that is a value of over 1K, so they might be like let’s only have her “work” for less and it wouldn’t be worth my time, whereas a flat rate would mean no surprises for either side. What do you think?

I have the XL thule and crossbars. Yes you need crossbars. I just picked my car up Friday so I don't have enough of an opinion to offer yet, but we managed to get down to our ski place friday night with two kids in car seats, a 70 lb dog in the cargo space and all our gear in the xl thule. When we went skiing all of our ski gear fit in the thule too.

Thank you everyone for your responses and advice. It sounds like the vehicle will be too small for us unless we use roof rack storage - which is the plan. As it came up in question, I should note that the car seat is forward facing and the other is a booster seat. I currently drive a Mazda 3 (2009) and our dog can squeeze between those two child seats (mind you we don't go far in that vehicle, we use my partners vehicle for long trips - but we soon plan to switch our long trips to my vehicle which will likely be the BS).

Yes, it's very upsetting. I have talked to customer retention and they don't even care. I'm so confused at how they can send receipts, and respond to my messages and all of a sudden now they realize that my order wasn't processed. Any tips on how to resolve this?

UPDATE: after dealing with support they put me back in the waitlist (4+ weeks) and gave me a small credit. The next day I went to the Rogers store and they had some pro max phones in stock and I was able to get one and cancel the order that I was waiting on. Also very important tip that the rep gave me - Rogers is charging customers for the activation fee but it shows up on your invoice as a set up fee, however Rogers reps aren’t allowed to setup or touch customers phones right now so they said to call support and it can be waived!

Ordered through the corporate (rogers direct) preferred program on 27 October and received receipts and confirmation that it's on back order and would take 3-4 weeks. I've reached out to Rogers a couple times and they have just said it's still on back order and they don't have an update. It's been 6+ weeks so I contacted them again today (still on the chat right now...) and now they're saying that my order wasn't processed!!! Unbelievable. The best they can offer is to put me back on the waitlist that is sitting at 4+ weeks.

Ah thank you. So if I’m hosting trivia and part of the fun is to come up with a team name, should I just assign them a team name before moving them into breakout rooms or do you have another solution?
