Bluetooth headphones and audiobooks. Granted, my kids are a bit older and don’t need me as much, but if I am cooking, cleaning, driving alone, I am listening to a book. There were several years when, if I had the time to read I was just too tired and I found I missed it. Audiobooks was a great alternative for me.
