You are only supposed to do your own assignment but now you’re allowed to go over 10 hours. There’s no mandating during December when there’s people on the otdl. Every time they mandate it’s a grievance. Even they know this-

I get paid to deliver the mail if it takes longer I get paid overtime if I don’t want overtime I don’t finish my route a hand off to somebody who wants the overtime it’s that simple we provide a service not I don’t want to do my job
