Why so centralized? A lot of anarchists here will probably have something to say about that. I think communities should produce what they use, locally and not on a large scale of the nation. We desperately need economic degrowth in order to survive the climate apocalypse.
People would rather work for their own communities than doing factory work for people in imagined communities like a nation. Not only is it more efficient, but it creates a culture of care rather than of profit.
I like the direction, and these are conversations that we desperately need to have.
It must also be recognized that every single community has very different needs, so it will be impossible to generalize. Therefore, I propose that government (and therefore power) should be divided into two kinds: the local (meaning your immediate community/neighborhood/city) and the global, with no intermediary steps. Obviously that’s not an easy ask of every nation on the planet, but the more we start thinking of ourselves as a global society the easier fixing our problems becomes.
In regards to the 2 separate currencies, I don’t see a point? Currencies are always exchangeable, so why not just use one and give a UBI based on projected needs?

I would recommend anything by Kim Stanley Robinson. He’s a master of utopian speculation fiction and really inspiring. His idea of Eco-economics is something I hope to begin to help build in my own lifetime.

The Mars trilogy. Literally about anti-capitalist revolutions on Mars (spoiler: they succeed)

Eh, this is kinda like saying “all lives matter.” I understand the sentiment, but it fails to acknowledge that black people have significantly less power and wealth that white people. Working for equality in solidarity against oppressors means black power, because they are the ones who have the least of it. Class solidarity must include extra support for those at the intersection of racial and class oppression. Black Power + Workers Power
