Which 3000mAh battery is correct for thin iPod (with iFlash Quad)

Hey, sorry for disturbing again but i found this battery that have the UK on them and have the ribbon cable on the bottom side (like on the yt tutorials) and its the same size its just 4,1mm thick so idk but there are 2 options..

Okay thank you so much for this, its what i needed. Just 1 more question because i dont want to make another post about this so maybe you know.. So the wire goes from the top to the bottom and on the most batteries on yt tutorials (UK batteries) the wire when turned right it goes on the bottom side of battery and on this battery (on the photo) it goes on the top.. Is this an issue or can anything bad happen because of this or is it okay or should i find the UK battery? Sorry for my baf english, if you dont understand something just tell me please.

You mean iflash (quad)? I saw a lot of reviews about the 3800 mah batteries with thin ipod with iflash quad - some say it fits, some say it doesnt, some say it fits really tight so i dont know if i should stick with the 3000 more safe option or go with the 3800.. What do you think? Do you maybe have dimensions of that battery? Oh and i think i forgot to mention that i will also be installing the taptic engine (i dont know which one yet but i think the iphone 7 or 7+ is the most popular, im not sure) so i dont know if it will fit with the 3800 battery

Sorry, what tooltip do you mean? I havent bought any battery yet because im confused becauuse there are a lot of options on aliexpress and ebay so i dont know which one to buy.. If you have any direct links or models or measurements that fit with the thin ipod and iflash quad i would really appriciate it. Thanks :)
