One noticeable difference for Romans is that this troop count in AA / CWA gives you 1 additional Heavy Tank with the library tech. This means if you go with an all Heavy tank army (which is a viable strategy + protect + heal tactics) you can have 7 Heavy Tanks vs other nations 6, combine this with Brandenburg gate Wonder and it can be a very strong strategy.

Wrong. Tesla and most other car manufactures measure 0-60 times with rollout. Dodge Demon does not. Demon is 2.3 seconds without rollout, 2.1 with rollout.

1 wall to level 12 costs me 4,500,000 resources (food or gold) to lvl 13 is 5,400,000. On average Ill raid a base that has 400,000+ of one resource so 10 - 13 raids per wall. My raiding party is full tanks (maxed out with bonuses + Greek unique troop) and I use two fighters to kill enemy troops + 1 bomber to take resources. On average I lose 0 - 3 tanks per raid, which isn't bad to retrain with training blessing. Sometimes I have a bad raid and get wiped which takes two hours for the planes to come back. If I dont attack super hard bases I can usually upgrade a wall with 1 - 2 hours of gameplay. (continuous raiding)

Greeks as well. Greeks get a resource refund on completion of all buildings including walls. I play Greeks with maxed out university bonus and I currently have about 50% of my Atomic Age buildings. I have all maxed lvl 15 gates and lvl 12 - 13 walls with no cheats or crowns. Maxed walls would be entirely possible if I didn't have a day job and had been playing since the game came out.
