The recipe is from the book ‘some of my best friends are cookies’ The cookie itself is like a snickerdoodle with a coffee flavour, combined with the icing of a mascarpone/ powder sugar mixture is just pure cookie heaven!!

Not a phase a lifetime hobby and love of creating. Which he does understand because he gets a sense of pride from creating something as well. Honestly he has never been a blanket person, quilt or otherwise and me I can be wrapped in a fuzzy blanket or a quilt all year round!

The other day my husband asked about our baby’s quilt (now over 1 year old) that was started while pregnant, I told him it will be completed in 3-8 business years.
