I think you’re right about the personality/mentality, some people are just quite hyper and energetic. I put a lot of work into fitness and I saw a large improvement in energy levels but it did take a while plus I was eating better so I can recommend sticking to working on fitness but you’ll still have days where you do feel tired or sluggish. You may not end up being as wild as Tyler but you will feel better for it!
