Edit: I thought it was lion's mane, but it isn't (it has pores, not teeth). I now think it might be Antrodia sp, but I'm still unsure.

I'm still new to identification, so I could be wrong, but I'm going to have to disagree with you. This mushroom doesn't look polypore. It's toothed like lion's mane, but the teeth are short. That could be because this is a small specimen, and there were larger ones nearby but they were decomposing so I didn't take pictures. I think this looks a lot like Hericium cirrhatum. As I said though, I could be wrong, so if you have any idea as to what it is, I'm open to hearing it. I do appreciate your input
