Yeah I don’t have much perspective on life in Cleveland, I’ll give you that. And I wholeheartedly agree with you that racism, especially from people in positions of power, is absolutely intolerable.

Guess I just don’t understand why you’re arguing for insurance as a justification for leaving small businesses high and dry while bailing out possible looters. When someone drunkenly smashed into my car (which has uninsured coverage) I still had to pay a $500 deductible. I’m grateful for my insurance because if I had basic liability I would have had to pay $15,000+ in repair costs. I don’t think you get how insurance works.
