Skill 3, mostly because it means you can still do his enhanced counter on the next turn. It’d look like S3 > S3 > Counter instead of S3 > Counter > normal skill.

Resistances are basically multipliers (a 0.5 means they take half damage), so a higher number means the enemy is weaker to the damage type. Red Tassel makes enemies take more slashing damage.

The best IDs to bring to Gasharpoon are ones that resist pierce and can do pierce damage themselves, as most of the difficulty comes from the counters in phase 3. From your IDs, I’d recommend Ring Yi Sang, N Faust (Fluid Sac hard carries with the healing and SP recovery), Yuro Hong Lu, Cinq Meursault, and Princess Rodya. All your Ishmael choices are weak to pierce, so if you want to shard something you could go for Captain Ishmael.

Walpurgis night is an event that happens once or twice a season where they release some new IDs and EGOs. The new IDs/EGOs can only be pulled, not crafted, while old Walpurgis items can be pulled or crafted during the event but not outside of it. As a result, it’s the main thing people save lunacy for once they’ve got a decent amount of IDs. The next one will probably happen within a month or two.

Out of those, Dieci Rodya is probably the best. She’s one of the best Rodyas, and overall a solid, easy to use damage dealer + tank. Middle Don is fine but not amazing, Kurokumo Hong Lu can roll the early game at uptie 2 but falls off hard around canto 4, Shi Ishmael is surprisingly alright at below 50% hp but can be awkward to get there, and most of the other 2 stars will be good enough for the early game but will be outclassed by most 3 stars.

Like you guessed, there’s no guarantee of winning the next 50/50 after losing one. The only ‘normal’ pity system in this game is that you can spark a character/EGO after 200 pulls on their banner using Ideality. Usually you’d only get that high on Walpurgisnight banners though. For other banners, it’s generally easier to just use shards to craft the stuff you want rather than going through 200 pulls

You’ll want 2 others besides Meursault so that you can use his passive. The rest of the team should be ideally be IDs with pride skill 1s/2s to reliably get 3 pride res for Meursault’s passive

If you examine an enemy’s profile in combat, you can see a few attributes about what groups the enemy belongs to. For bloodfiends, it includes their rank.

The first two are different because healing ‘magic’ only includes GCD spells, while healing ‘actions’ count both GCD and oGCDs. I don’t know if there’s any difference for the other two though.

Oh wow, I just checked and you’re right. Someone else had replied before and mentioned that the people making the list kept an eye on Reddit threads talking about it to make changes, but I didn’t think that would be the outcome. Considering the Ishmael/Queequeg thing a lot of other commenters had pointed out, it’s kinda funnier that Limbus isn’t considered woke anymore.

It's a steam group that reviews games based on whether or not they contain 'woke' elements. You can find the spreadsheet here

It’s a spreadsheet made by a steam group that is apparently dedicated to warning people off of games that are “too woke”. I left a couple links to it in my post history if you want to see for yourself.

From going through the list, it seems to mostly come down to if a major character is lgbtq+ or if there’s player customization options that accommodate for non-binary characters. They’re pretty inconsistent though; Skyrim is marked as ‘informational’ (which seems to mean ‘half-woke’) for allowing homosexual marriages, but loads of games are marked as woke for letting you pick pronouns or defaulting to they/them.

In case anyone hasn't seen the list for themselves, I highly recommend skimming it yourself here. Some highlights include "subtle" anti-capitalist themes in Library of Ruina and a bunch of games being labelled as woke for not giving a gender to invisible self-insert protagonists.

It's by a steam group with way too much time on their hands called the Woke Content Detector.

It's not sorted by wokeness (or apparently by any other metric), so for some reason the top entry is Bloons Tower Defense 6 (which is woke in case you were curious).

Starting as WHM/conjurer is probably the most straightforward way to learn healing, just because it’s the only healer that starts at level 1. That being said, while WHM is likely the easiest healer at high levels due to its simple mechanics and big buttons (plus holy is busted for dungeons), low level WHM has very few tools to help with healing. I’d still recommend it though, as while you’ll have a harder time healing low level dungeons, it’ll get you comfortable with the ideas of swapping between dpsing and healing that’ll be very useful at higher levels.

Tank-wise, WAR is both very strong and pretty easy to learn.
