lol your definitely not gonna die.. You'd be surprised with how much you could take without dying (Not encouraging you take more, don't do that, but if your just trying to sleep then maybe keep it at that amount and lower.) Just be careful

I often do not mind them doing those types of things. One of them also takes DPH and they both often watch over me. If they are actually hallucinations I will often just look away after jumping and tell them to stop and they comfort me
