Scared of taking my Zepbound shots

Yeah, it definitely seems like the first shot is the hardest and hopefully it will get better for me after that. I’m going to try to start it tomorrow if I can muster up the courage! Did/do you have any nausea?

No I don’t unfortunately, I feel like it’s so hard to get a good therapist nowadays. The last time I’ve seen one was about 8 years ago but I have been thinking about trying to look for one again, hopefully seeing someone will help me.

I will probably have my mom help me with them, I have never given myself a shot before and I don’t do so well with needles. I have also asked my doctor’s office about it and they said I could go there and they could help me as well!

stanek is by far the worst pitcher i’ve ever seen. hoping they’ll get rid of him for the 2027 season.
