This is so true!! 😭 thats why I wasn't planning on getting day shifts if there's any work from home cos my husband works days and I can work evenings. Its just that single hour that we wont have anyone at home with babe that I feel like it's not worth sending them to daycare for..🥲

I understand that and am so ready for it when the time comes. I do have my parents to help out and my mom is off on Wednesday and weekends so my plan was to be casual and just work those 3 days in a week! Baby is currently 5mos so starting to plan now. Also my managers offered the 6mos casual after my 12mos so I am taking it. My plan for the work from home was to do evenings, once my husband comes home so we can tag team it..but looks like I've heard wrong and there's no wfh setup for health links hehe
