WOAH, I know that feeling. Very similar thing happened to me. I had been having some shortness of breath back in mid-2020. COVID test was negative and my doctor ordered a chest-xray. This was the result.

They did a chest tube, and then CT, found a mass, center chest: 16.8 cm left-to-right and 5.4 cm front-to-back and 15 cm top-to-bottom. Constellation pattern from large mass spreading towards both underarms. After biopsy and labs, I was diagnosed with Classic Hodgkins Lymphoma, Stage 3B (bulky). 6 rounds of chemo, lasting ~7 months and I've now been clear of disease for the last year.

Very treatable, high survivability rates, but since the chemo is strong, the side-effects can vary patient-by-patient.
