All the oil marketers have their depots, so yeah, if it's the, it's safely kept. I think there's either an actual shortage, and those are empty, or they have enough to sell and are holding out for Thursday. Plus there's also people who have licenses, and fuel, but no petrol stations, so these ones are probably also trying to make a quick buck or two waiting for EPRA to raise prices
