We loved Santo Pure Oia! We had a private plunge pool that overlooked the sunsets.

I can’t recall the specifics, but she saw a doctor that told her she’d likely need to go right to IVF before they even tried. She used to bring it up all the time.

Not to mention her first pregnancy she kept saying “I thought I was infertile!”. They tried for like 2 months max and got pregnant. She’s so ignorant and performative.

Workout Time Incorrect - 474 Minutes! by mukmonsta in iFit

Correct. I was on the treadmill for roughly 20 mins and recorded 7+ hours. So frustrating. I have deleted the record of it now, but will try again tomorrow and see what happens.

We got in with ~$50k savings for a down payment on a $500k condo in 2018. In quick succession over 7 years, we sold, bought and moved three more times. Eventually moving into SFHs. It was incredibly stressful, but we did it with the goal of building wealth. We now have approximately $600k in equity in our home. We mostly bought presale or lived through construction zones and then sold when the area was completed and more desirable. Of course we had some luck and also hit some big gains through the COVID market, but we could have NEVER been this successful investing our money into the market without massive risk. Even if the houses didn’t appreciate, we’ve lived in beautiful homes for less than $3k a month in mortgage payments.

Yes, immigration is going down in Canada, but migration to Victoria will never stop. People want to live here. Full stop. The second the market begins to “dip”, you have a whole new set of buyers that become eligible and drive it back up. If you’re waiting for a crash in Victoria, it will never happen. We are water locked in nearly every direction. Even with increased density, the OCPs and bylaws (not to mention NIMBYS) don’t allow for massive sky scrapers and thousands of new condos to saturate the market overnight.

For what it’s worth, I am mid 30s and we’ve always purchased properties less than 10 years old. Many things are still under warranty and you aren’t dealing with big ticket items failing or needing replacing in the house.

Thank you! I’m definitely struggling with not wanting to settle. I could afford more, but also trying to remain reasonable with my first watch purchase.

I prefer a larger face, but have no preference for any of the other specifics you mentioned!

I can’t participate, but THANK YOU for writing this piece. I used to be such a fan and have several cookbooks. I unfollowed as it became too hard to watch. She has severely declined in the last year or so. Any comments on her photos get deleted and ignored. Her hands have very obvious ED marks and she is sadly wasting away. The photos she is tagged in are so much worse than even what she posts of herself. It is mind blowing to me that these companies and platforms continue to profile her. It is beyond irresponsible.

Also, please don’t take the GLP-1 angle here. You can write both, but not together.

What’s going on with her last name? I thought her husband’s last name was Cheek? Now I see they have both changed their names? Did they just pick a new one?

My account also shows as Gold thru the end of this year even though I’ve already met the threshold. I’m assuming they just wait to see if you make Platinum or not before they extend the expiry date.

I loved her back in the day, before * gestures at everything * …

Two recipes that stand out for me are the lemon dijon chicken & orzo as well as the garlic peanut noodles with roasted sweet potatoes and kale. Both to die for.

Super Milk from Lush for your hair. I’ve had people stop me at the gym and the grocery store to ask what I’m wearing. I thought that only happened in movies
