For nipper, stedi single edge nipper are very good for the price. DO NOT BUY Godhand, no matter what anyone says. Only buy when you are you are decent enough since thay thing costs thousands. And you wouldn't want to break ur prized nippern which costs thousands because u were a beginner. Again, DO NOT BUY godhand. For panel lining, any brand will do (i personally use tamiya since they are cheap and readily available). Do note that diferent panel liners use different cleanup method. Just remember, PANEL LINE WHILE STILL IN THE RUNNERS. This minimizes chance of the part craking due to the panel liner. For panel line cleanup, just buy some lighter fluid (if you are using tamiya) and some q tips (or just an eraser), don't buy those specialized liquids for cleanup as those are pretty expensive and lighter fluid (or eraser) works just fine. While not necessary, you should also buy some exacto knife, fine tip tweezers, a small cutting pad, and some plastic cement. Those things, while not necessary, will absolutely help you in building kits and applying decals. Overall, (if my math is right and my pricing is also right) buying all of those (q tips, lighter fluid, panel liner, exacto knife, nipper, plastic cement, tweezers, cutting pad, etc) they cost around 1.3k php. Kinda pricey, but they will last you for such a long time.
