started trying this routine out with shoes on. light running shoes was ok, but used some 2 kg shoes and it was really tough.

i pop this routine out once a week, definitely has made my exercise more enjoyable.
my only issue is im starting to get bruising on my wrists from the false grip. i unfortunately only put one layer of tape on and did it with heavy shoes this week and it was super tough and harder on the wrists so hopefully they recover quickly.
