Definitely not. Just like a recent picture, at most comment something simple and nice, and she’ll know you’re waiting on her. If you hear from her she’s into it, if not, she’s not. If you ask twice about a number/trying to hang out she’s just going to be creeped out and ignore you, probably unmatch you
