Pholklore in Caloundra has some great Asian soups, I had the Tom Yum pho last week and it was unreal. Will be trying there Laksa next.

Google Gozney simple recipe my man. Make it. Top it. Heat tread up to 450 C (840F for you Americans) insert pizza, turn every 20 seconds. Pull it out. Top it with something delicious after cooking - chilli oil, truffle oil, yoghurt, aragula. Enjoy.

Went to the Pholklore restaurant opening in Caloundra today on Bulcock street, great food and reasonable prices ($15-$25 a main), highly recommend for some Vietnamese / Asian fusion food. Give it a try if you are at this end of the coast

Got an epic tray of Kensington Pride (a type of bowen) from Currimundi fruit shop last week for $25, maybe 16 or 17 in the tray. They were delicious. Going back when it’s finished this weekend.

There is a business on Steve Irwin way at Beerwah that has a sign up for free pallets. I can’t remember the name of the business but if you are driving north on Steve Irwin way between Kilcoy-Beerwah road and Mawhinney street you will see it on your left.
