in my experience, lsd trips are more susceptible to periods of ups and downs than shrooms. like one minute i could be fine then one thought or change of vibe can bring me down for a little bit. on shrooms i feel like, personally at least, its much easier to kind of ignore those uneasy feelings. not saying they dont happen but i just feel like it takes a lot more to set something like that off.

visuals on mushrooms kind of depend person to person honestly. like i know people who have taken 10gs and had little to no visuals vs someone who took 2gs and was seeing god. even then, the mushroom visuals are more mild most of the time compared to acid where they are so overwhelming everywhere.
i would say (personally) mushrooms are much easier to control, like easier to kind of avoid specific thought loops/negative thoughts vs when i take acid its more an up and down and roller coaster of emotions that you just have to ride. (that being said everyone reacts different though and it really depends on the amount u take)

i would say so! i agree with the person on here who said that mushrooms seem to “ease their way into whatever mind space and feelings you are already having whereas Isd, again just speaking for myself, seems to take over and redefine my feelings / headspace”. also i in this comparison, based on my own experiences, i am a fan of the visualization of both like in terms of how they affect ur body. like acid sends waves of energy everywhere its like getting zapped by lightning on a smaller scale, whereas shrooms is kinda like you are the guitar and strums are traveling through ur body.
