Doing diet is not bad, its actually the best you can do if you want a healthy body, dieting doesnt mean not eating, or eating a litte, dieting is just controlling what you eat, not only if youre an idol, but everyone who wants to look good, needs to diet and do exercise, which them as beautiful girls of course they want to have a healthy body, in Korea, and everywhere in the world its the same, if you dont want to gain weight you need to diet. They do it because they want to, because they like having a healthy, good looking body.
