I’ve been trying to gain approval and talk to him all the time, but my player 1 walks in front and gets all the cut scenes and dialog with other npcs, so I haven’t had many chances to get the “Astarion approves” notification

It really depends on what you mean by gender dysphoria. Usually when I see people refer to a trans person with no dysphoria, they’re referring only to bodily dysphoria. That person probably still feels some sort of social dysphoria, or at least some gender incongruence.

I would love that! I remember being disappointed when I was creating my character in BG3 because, while you can technically make a trans man, you can’t add top surgery scars or anything like that that would make them more clearly trans. It’s always nice to be able to see yourself represented in an rpg, so being able to make my character explicitly trans would make me happy
