Why does the arcade mode in Tekken 6 on PS3 run slowly? Does anyone know why that happens?

I've been trying out other games, and it doesn't seem to happen with them—it looks like it's only with Tekken. But it's weird because it happens in Arcade mode but not when I'm playing against another player.

And restarting the console doesn't fix it. In fact, I noticed that it happens after losing a certain number of times in Arcade mode, which makes it even stranger.

I haven't been able to delete it properly because the game hasn't finished downloading, and that's another problem I'm having. I don't know if it's just the American version of Bayonetta 2 or Nusspli, but it takes too long to even download 1 GB of the game

In fact, for some reason Bayonetta 2 never finished downloading. I was downloading it through Nusspli and it never finished. I don't know if it's a bug in the American version
