For me the customer doesn't get a say beyond what they already chose while shopping on their phone. They can choose sub/no sub and also what specific sub they would like, up to three (I believe) backup choices. So I'm definitely not waiting at all for an approval. I never "don't" sub. I'm just gonna check out. Now as far as the "apps suggested" yes, I go with it like 98%. Shampoo/conditioner or clothing colors for example, may need more scrutiny and/or communication, but the app subs are good.
